levels of professional services:
Product mode
consists on providing product licenses and professional services
referred to the implementation of the product with out-of-the-box
functionality and the rapid deployment at minimum cost. Product
based professional services include technical support for system
installation, configuration and administration and training services.
Solution mode
consists on providing professional services for the tailoring of
the product to meet customer-specific needs. Solution based professional
services include system architecture, data modelling, system design,
software application development, testing, configuration and installation,
quality assurance, risk assessment and performance tuning. We also
provide project management services to assist customers in developing
and deploying large, enterprise solutions. The primary function
of our professional services organization is to deliver the high
quality deployment of Negentis technology. These services can be
provided at customers' premises as well as via remote Internet connection
(Italian and East Europe based support centres) offering customers
the balance between personal interaction and speed of responsiveness.
Off-shoring mode
Negentis makes available its East Europe based support centres for
providing also off-shoring software development services. Delivery
